Bloomberg reports that the percentage of customers satisfied with Microsoft reached 73 percent on Dec. 31, 2009, the highest since YouGov, a London-based market-research firm, started surveying in 2007. Microsoft’s reputation is benefiting from the positively reviewed Windows 7. According to zdnet, Windows 7 global usage share hit 10% on January 31st.Filed under: Windows 7
